I make photographs and video, and I want the work to speak clearly on its own. Most days I move between still frames and moving frames, letting each scene unfold at its own pace.
Working in both formats keeps my attention on light, timing, and the quiet detail that tells a story. Each assignment starts with listening to what the project needs.
Still images and moving image ask for the same habits: watching light before it arrives, choosing a frame, and knowing when a moment is complete. I balance both forms so a scene can be read as a photograph or as a sequence.
My equipment stays lean, so I can move quickly and stay attentive on set. Color is kept honest, and natural light is shaped only where it helps the image keep its original intent.
